Nigeria's beauty industry is booming — and so is cosmetic surgery. As social media pushes ever-narrower ideas of 'perfection,' more young women feel natural beauty isn't enough. From Brazilian Butt Lifts to liposuction and tummy tucks, many are risking everything for the perfect body. But while influencers promote flawless looks, most women can't afford high-end procedures. Instead, some turn to cheap, unregulated clinics — putting their health, and even their lives, at risk.
