Demolition crews are clearing homes and shops in Attecoube, an Abidjan suburb, after flash floods killed dozens in Ivory Coast.

Officials say many structures were built illegally in flood- and landslide-risk zones and plan to displace 3,000 people first, with 2,000 more to follow.
