Ugandan scientists are warning that the world's second-largest fresh water lake, Lake Victoria is at risk of drying up due to over-fishing and water pollution. Experts are calling for concerted efforts to save the lake, which straddles Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. CGTN's Hillary Ayesiga reports
