A local firm in Liberia is improving the country's palm oil industry. J-Palm collects palm kernels from rural smallholder farmers and processes it into clear oil which is then used to create skin and hair care products. By doing this, the local enterprise links Liberian smallholder farmers to domestic and global markets.
