Libya electoral board suggests January 24 for polls

Published
Libya's Elections Commission is proposing that the country's presidential poll takes place on January 24th, a month later than scheduled.
The High National Electoral Commission's decision came after concluding the presidential polls could not be held on Friday due to disputes over the rules and candidates.
The move is a setback for the UN-backed process which sought to end the chaos unleashed in the 10 years since the downfall of leader Muammar Gaddafi
