More Women Appointed To The New Cote D'Ivoire Government

Cote D'Ivoire's Prime Minister Daniel Kablan Duncan has appointed more women to his new government, tasked with accelerating economic growth in the world's top cocoa producer and west African powerhouse. He handed one out of four portfolios to women, and changed the key justice, defence and foreign affairs posts, which remain in male hands.
