Morocco has launched the second phase of an initiative to give permits to thousands of Illegal migrants within its borders. The permits will allow the migrants work and travel across the country. The first phase launched in 2014 saw close to 20-thousand migrants registered with a higher number expected this time around. Leslie Mirungu with more
