The move to hand over Sudan's ousted president Omar al-Bashir, and other wanted officials to the International Criminal Court, has elicited mixed reactions. The agreement was reached during a meeting in South Sudan's capital Juba. The government and the rebel groups say its part of efforts to end the country's civil wars, including in Darfur. But some citizens are against it.
