Tribal leaders from the Nama and Ovaherero communities in Namibia say its former colonial ruler Germany is not doing enough to make up for the genocide it committed there in the early 20th century.
Last month the German government apologised and announced a development aid package.
But descendants of the victims say it's an insult - and are calling for reparations.
