Namibia genocide: Germany admits guilt, promises financial support

Germany has acknowledged it committed genocide in the early 1900s when it controlled what is now Namibia.
It has ruled out reparations, though, agreeing instead to more than a billion dollars in development aid and support for the victims' descendants.
Al Jazeera's Andrew Chappelle reports.
