Next year would have been Nelson Mandela's 100th birthday and preparations are already under way to mark the occasion. The Nelson Mandela Foundation says not only South Africans, but also the continent and the world at large can join in the celebrations. The foundation has launched the Nelson Mandela Centenary Programme in Soweto -- and it focuses specifically on one of the topics close to Madiba's heart -- children.
