Somalia's Prime Minister, Hamza Abdi Barre says the Horn of Africa country is preparing for a big battle against terrorist groups after they blocked the starving Somalis from humanitarian assistance. He said this as he hosted a team from the African Union in Mogadishu for talks on partnership in the fight against Al-Shabaab.
