After 12 years of conflict in Nigeria's Borno, rebuilding and reconstruction projects are beginning to start up again in the northeastern state.
The conflict with the Boko Haram armed group has killed more than 300,000 people and displaced millions.
But security has improved in recent months and significant efforts to rebuild are now under way.
Al Jazeera's Ahmed Idris reports from Maiduguri, Nigeria.
