Nigeria has begun evacuating its citizens trapped in Libya. Over 400 Nigerian returnee migrants have been flown into Port Harcourt. More are expected in the coming days. The Nigerian government is aiming to repatriate around 5,000 of its citizens from Libyan detention centres. CGTN's Deji Badmus reports
