Young Nigerians returning home from studies abroad are blazing a trail with the establishment of companies meant to service a growing middle class in the West African country. Ngozi Dozie and his brother Chijioke set up a coffee shop in the commercial city Lagos. Being the first of its kind, Cafe Neo attracts a large number of customers. But the brothers say they face many challenges, as Nigerians are not traditionally coffee drinkers.
