Electricity generation and distribution companies in Nigeria say they're going through a tough time and may be forced to cut supplies completely over a $1.2 billion debt. Generation companies are blaming distribution companies for failing to make remittances for services received, while distribution companies are laying the blame on bill defaulters and low tariff charges.
