EFF leader Julius Malema goes to court on Monday morning on charges of fraud and corruption.
The case relates to a 52-million rand tender, back in 2009.
The Limpopo Department of Roads and Transport awarded it to On Point Engineering, a company co - owned by Malema.
He will appear alongside the company's two directors.
Hundreds of economic freedom fighters held a vigil on Sunday night, in support of their Commander in Chief.
