Preparation For Elections In Ghana On Course Despite Lawsuits

n Ghana, the country's Electoral Commission is coming under intense scrutiny. This, after it disqualified 13 of the 17 candidates hoping to run for president. Aggrieved candidates have moved to court to challenge the Commission's decision. The country will be casting their ballots for presidential, legislative and local elections in December. Charlotte Osei, the Chairperson for the Electoral Commission of Ghana says the Supreme Court's ruling on Monday won't affect the election process.
