President Dr Emmerson Mnangagwa has sworn in Zimbabwe’s new Chief Justice Elizabeth Gwaunza and Deputy Chief Justice Paddington Garwe at State House in Harare. The ceremony also saw the swearing in of senior public officials, including the new Auditor-General and Health Service Commission members, as Government intensifies institutional reforms to strengthen governance, justice delivery and public service efficiency.
