President Ramaphosa dispatches ministers to flood-hit KwaZulu-Natal

South Africa President Cyril Ramaphosa sent top ministers to the city of Durban in KwaZulu-Natal Province after floods and mudslides wreaked havoc in the southeastern region a week ago.
