President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to participate in the Russia-Africa Economic Forum on Wednesday. More than 40 African leaders will attend the summit in the Black Sea city of Sochi. Russian President Vladimir Putin will co-host it, along with his Egyptian counterpart, President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
