In North Africa, children left behind by ISIL fighters now have a chance to reunite with their families. A new programme sponsored by the International Red Crescent in cooperation with Libyan authorities is helping to identify each child by coordinating with both women associated with ISIL, and the migrants currently being held in Misrata prisons.
