Senegal's President Macky Sall fired his health minister on Thursday, a day after 11 newborn babies died in a hospital fire blamed on an electrical short circuit. Sall "named Doctor Marie Khemesse Ngom Ndiaye as minister of health..to replace Abdoudaye Diouf Sarr", the presidency said in a statement
