In South Africa, a public hearing into the delayed Financial Intelligence Centre Amendment Bill took place on Wednesday. It comes after President Jacob Zuma sent the bill back to Parliament. He's worried about the constitutionality of the legislation. The FICA Amendment Bill contains an anti-money laundering measure that would enable greater scrutiny of the financial affairs of prominent individuals. CGTN's Angelo Coppola has more.
