South Africa's President Cyril Ramaphosa has stepped up his fierce criticism of the way countries have reacted to the new Omicron variant of the coronavirus.
At a peace and security forum in Senegal, he said governments have also failed to deliver Covid-19 vaccines that they promised to Africa.
