South Africa: Renowned festival disrupted for second time by COVID

A South African tradition that goes back more than 200 years has again been disrupted by the pandemic for a second year.

But for now, events have been cancelled for another year.
Al Jazeera's Fahmida Miller reports from Cape Town on the minstrel carnival, in which tens of thousands of people take part.
