South African Carrier Must Cut Costs To Stay Afloat

Troubled flag carrier, South African Airways says that it is committed to navigate the turbulent skies it is currently in and remain afloat. The national airline has had to be bailed out by the treasury to the tune of $1.45 billion, and only recently published its 2015/2016 financial results. It is among state run agencies seen as putting undue pressure on South Africa's economy that is teetering on a downgrade.
