In South Africa, agricultural research and technology is increasingly being used to mitigate effects of erratic weather patterns. But one of the major problems of malnutrition in Africa is not hunger but food that is not nutritious. Innovative research is now being done to create super crops that are meant to bolster the fight against food insecurity. CGTN's Travers Andrews has this report.
