South Sudan says it can't cope without Kenya's assistance. Juba says it's ready to back any discussions suggested by the African Union. That comes after Kenya began withdrawing its peacekeepers from South Sudan. The move is part of an ongoing spat between Kenya and the United Nations after Ban Ki-moon sacked the Kenyan commander of the UN mission in South Sudan.
