South Sudan's transitional government has began paying salaries to its workers after more employees threatened to go on strike. Workers from various government sectors including members of the judiciary, lecturers and teachers have been on strike following months without pay. The government is calling on international donors to help revive the country's economy. CCTV's Patrick Oyet reports.
