Families in South Sudan have been forced from their homes due to severe flooding as a result of what have been described as the worst rains in living memory.
Before the rains, thousands had also been displaced from their homes by fighting.
Aid agencies say many people are struggling to find shelter and clean water and they warn that water-borne diseases are spreading fast.
