South Sudan Government Denies It Is Frustrating Relief Efforts

South Sudan's government has denied an accusation from UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres that it's ignoring the famine in the country. The UN chief recently said the government was frustrating the famine response efforts. Juba however, says it's working hard to mitigate the effects of an acute food shortage in the country. CGTN's Patrick Oyet reports.
