South Sudan's government says talks between President Kiir and opposition leader Riek Machar are progressing well, as they work at resolving outstanding issues in the peace agreement. The government says its position is closer to that of Riek Machar's group and, believes the parties will reach an agreement soon. CGTN's Patrick Oyet reports.
