The announced winner of Tanzania’s contested presidential election, John Magufuli will officially be presented with a victory certificate on Friday. Tanzanians danced in the streets of Dar es Salaam late Thursday in celebration of the victory. Joining VOA’s Linord Moudou via Skype from Dar es Salaam is Africa 54’s Vincent Makori. Later, Vincent talked to Subira Bawuji, Student, at the International Relations and Diplomacy, Center of Foreign Relations, Tanzania.
