Tanzania has extradited three suspects, including an alleged drug kingpin, wanted in the United States on narcotics trafficking charges, according to the U.S. Embassy. A statement from the U.S. mission in Tanzania confirms alleged Drug trafficker Ali Khatib Haji Hassan - who also goes by the name "Shkuba" - along with 2 of his associates, Iddy Salehe Mfullu and Tiko Emanual Adam, were extradited to the United States at the beginning of the week.
