Tertiary students have thrown their support behind the Constitutional Amendment Number 3 Bill, calling it a “progressive step” for youth participation in governance and national development. At a Provincial Public Lecture hosted by Masvingo Polytechnic College and organised by ZICOSU, students explored the Bill’s provisions and pledged to raise awareness in their institutions and communities.
