Tigray crisis overshadows Ethiopia elections

People in Ethiopia’s northern Tigray region will not take part in Monday's general elections.
The government says conditions on the ground do not allow for the vote, and has promised to hold elections once things stabilise.
More than two million people have been displaced by months of conflict that have forced tens of thousands of people to seek refuge in neighbouring Sudan.
