The taxi app Uber has started services in Uganda's Capital Kampala. The technology-based taxi service, which connects drivers and passengers in real-time, says it is inspired by Kampala's rapidly developing infrastructure and spirit of entrepreneurship. CCTV's Michael Baleke has that report.
