Uganda has confirmed that the Military Chief of the Congolese M23 Rebel Movement has gone missing from his hideout in the country's capital Kampala. The Uganda Army spokesperson says Brigadier Sultan Makenga and other former combatants disappeared on the 14th of January to unknown locations. But as CGTN's Michael Baleke reports - Uganda is concerned.
