Uganda has reduced the tax charged on selected cars imported into the country. It's hoping to boost the struggling automotive industry. Dealers say car sales have fallen sharply since the beginning of the year. They're blaming low purchasing power, an unstable dollar and high taxes. Leon Ssenyange has more from Kampala.
