Campaigners in Uganda say they're still worried about the state of healthcare in the country, even though the number of HIV deaths is dropping. Although progress has been made in urban areas, there aren't enough machines to assess HIV patients' progress in facilities in rural areas. CCTV's Isabel Nakirya reports.
