The United Nations has followed up its warning about the prospect of four famines occurring simultaneously with a major funding appeal. The UN Secretary General is seeking $5.6 billion dollars for Nigeria, Somalia, South Sudan and Yemen. Our UN correspondent Liling Tan reports from New York.
