The UN has raised concerns about the increase in human rights violations in South Sudan. Members of the UN Commission on Human Rights have been in South Sudan for the past 10 days. They've called for targeted sanctions and an arms embargo on the world's youngest nation, as CCTV's Patrick Oyet reports.
