The refugee community in Cape Town warns they'll take matters into their own hands to recover a missing body.

Last night, officials called off the search to retrieve the fourth missing body of a teenager who drowned at Sea Point.

The bodies of three other teens have already been recovered.
Refugees say they're prepared to jump into the water themselves to find the last body.
