Turnover on Tanzania's Dar Stock Exchange has fallen by more than 90% over the past two weeks. Last week the country announced a new audit into the tax affairs of mining companies. But brokers say investors may also be selling stock to raise funds to invest in a new IPO from the telecoms firm Vodacom. Lucy Taylor reports.
