People in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo want UN peacekeepers to leave.

At least 12 civilians and three members of the local UN mission known as MONUSCO have been killed in days of protests.

Demonstrators say the troops have failed to protect them from armed groups

So if UN peacekeepers can't keep the peace, who can?
