The president of the World Bank, Jim Yong Kim, has been in Tanzania to lay the foundation stone of a new flyover, at the country's busiest road junction. The construction should ease congestion in Dar es Salaam, the commercial capital. The city has notorious traffic, fueled by its rapid growth. Dan Ashby reports.
