In Uganda, some young people are earning money from collecting plastic waste in Kampala's slums. City authorities estimate that over half the country's plastic is NOT recycled and is responsible for clogging up drains. This has encouraged slum dwellers to turn waste into a way of earning some money. Isabel Nakirya reports.
