Zimbabwe wants to be re-admitted into the global financial system and intends to clear long-standing arrears to international creditors to do so. After repaying IMF last year the Southern African country plans to clear more than 1 and half billion dollars to the World Bank and African Development Bank. CGTN's Farai Mwakutuya spoke to the country's finance minister to find out the status of the debt clearance strategy among other challenges facing the economy.
