Illicit financial outflows a concern for Africa

Heads of Anti-corruption commissions in Africa want Western nations to cooperate with governments on the continent to end illicit financial flows into their countries.

At an ongoing dialogue in Kigali, the International Community is being called on to deal with money laundering, and establish public registers of beneficial ownership.
